Welcome to the website of the World Krav Maga Association/International Kapap Association. Here you will find information on the WKMA, IKA, its associate members, instructors, courses and events.
Krav Maga translates to "Contact Combat" in Hebrew, and was originally developed as the official self-defence and hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli military. Since then Krav Maga has been adopted by numerous military and law enforcement organisations around the world. In addition, Krav Maga is now being taught to thousands of civilians worldwide who recognise it as the most effective way of defending themselves in an increasingly violent and unpredictable society.

If you would like to hold an instructors course locally or on your own premises, please contact Alex Paris. The instructors course is open to anyone with a brown belt or above.
Koroho Super Self Defence class, 15th February 2010
Dear Students,
On the 15th February 2010 the Kickboxing class will be cancelled.
Instead we will be doing a course of Koroho Super Self-Defence instructed by Masashi Yokoyama 10th Dan and first time visiting UK.
The course will be from 6.45pm - 9.00pm at The Scout Hut, 208 Queensway, Highfield, Hemel Hempstead.
